Pistols: 5 rounds each, holstered
Rifle: 10 rounds (staged on table "A")
Shotgun: 4+ (staged on table "B")
Shooter is registered in Buckarette category shooting Colt Frontier Scout revolvers, a Marlin 1897 rifle (both in .22lr) and a Rossi .410 Coach gun.
Stage description: Starting at "A" with both hands on hat.
At the beep... engage the four pistol targets in a 10-round "IRS/Progressive" Sweep, starting from either direction. P1, P2, P2, P3, P3, P3, P4, P4, P4, P4.
Pick up rifle and move to "B" Engage the four rifle targets in a 10-round "IRS/Progressive" Sweep, starting from either direction R1, R2, R2, R3, R3, R3, R4, R4, R4, R4.
Knock down the four shotgun targets (S1, S2, S3, S4) in any order.

At the beep, shooter draws first revolver and engages/hits P1, P2, P2, P3, then holsters first revolver and, as the shooter draws & cocks the 2nd revolver, the RO tells shooter there is an unfired round remaining in the first revolver. Using the second revolver, the shooter engages/hits P3, P3, P4, P4, P4.
Shooter re-draws first pistol and engages/hits P4.
Shooter picks up rifle at table "A" and levers a round into the chamber.
RO tells the shooter that the rifle must be fired from table "B". Shooter ejects that round and, with the lever open and muzzle pointed downrange, moves to table "B", and engages/hits the rifle targets in the following order: R1, R2, R2, R3, R3, R3, R4, R4, R4...shooter then reloads one round from belt pouch; then engages & hits R4. Sets rifle down O& E next to shotgun on table "B".
Shooter engages the shotgun targets by sweeping from right to left. S1, S2 & S4 fall. S3 is hit but fails to fall.
Shooter pulls both empty hulls from shotgun, picks up rifle and heads toward the unloading table.

6. Revolvers are returned to leather (re-holstered) with hammer down on a spent case or empty chamber at the conclusion of the shooting string, unless the stage description specifically directs otherwise; e.g., “move to next position and set gun on table or prop.”
A shooting string is defined as shots from one type of firearm prior to the next type of firearm engaged.

10. Inadvertently leaving unfired rounds in a revolver is a miss unless the round is under the hammer, then it is a Stage Disqualification.

be chambered in .22 LR for revolvers and rifles and .410 caliber for shotguns. Standard velocity ammunition for these firearms must be used.
Knockdown targets are not required to fall for Buckaroo Category shooters.
A hit will be scored as long as the target is clearly hit.
