Perfect Brownies 2 1oz squares unsweetened chocolate, melted 1/2 Cup butter 1 Cup sugar 2 Eggs 1 Teaspoon vanilla 1/2 Cup flour 1/2 Cup chopped walnuts or pecans Cream together butter and sugar; beat in eggs, add vanilla and melted chocolate. Mix in flour and chopped nuts. Bake in greased 9x9 pan at 325 degrees for exactly 35 minutes. Note: Use butter only and bake only 35 minutes. Brownies will seem too soft at first, but will be fine after out of the oven for a short time. Cut brownies into squares while still slightly warm. Then leave them in the pan until completely cool. |
