Thanks to all who came out today and braved the
cold. Actually it wasn't that bad. Started out at 15 degrees and warmed up
to about 40. The sun came over the butte and hit right in the bays warming up
the concrete floors. We had 38 brave souls try there skill today.
A big congratulations to Dimestore Dandy as
Overall Match Winner. He shot a great match. Way to go.
Also congrats to Palewolf for shooting a clean
match.
Thanks to all that donated to the prize table and
those that help set up and tear down. You know who you are and we really
appreciate your help.
Congratulations to Crotchety Old Grouch (COG) for
winning the "Question of the Month" contest. He gets a free monthly shoot
good for six months. The next question will be posted soon. Check the
website for an update.
We shoot again next weekend, February 25th.
Hopefully the weather will cooperate better. Rumor has it that Saturday's
match will be set up as a Western 3 Gun match. More details will follow later
in the week. Hope to see ya there.
Update on Bad Eye Lefty: If you haven't heard, he
had to have a multiple bypass heart operation last Thursday. As of today he
is still in the hospital. Good news is he is sitting up and complaining about
the food. That sounds like Bad Eye. He may get to go home Wednesday. Please
keep him and his family in your thoughts and prayers.
