The cold, foggy, damp, 35 degree day didn't deter the 53 brave souls from participating in some real Cowboy Action Shooting. We had a great match with some real good grub afterwards. Thanks to all who came out and those that brought the delicious meals. During chow we voted on the TG Summit items and after the awards ceremony Will Shootem put on a Stage Design class.
Congratulations to Hoodoo as our Top Lady Shooter. Way to go.
Thanks to the following for donating to the prize table: Brazos, Quiet Jake, Grizzly Wulff, Dirty Dave, Connivin' Katie, PaleWolf and Whiskey Lil.
I'd like to welcome the new shooters who shot with us for the first time: Snappy Dan and his lovely wife Red Ryder Rose, Tuffy Tumbleweed, and Buster. Thanks for coming out and we hope you enjoyed yourselves.
Edward T. Beard wanted me to pass on that someone accidentally took the top of his cooker instead of theirs. If you brought a round cooker with you, please check and see if the top on it is the wrong one. Just shoot me an email and I'll let him know who has it.
Also, I would like to announce the new revamped website for the Oregon Old West Shooting Society. Please take some time and browse through some of the new features we have to offer. www.oowss.com

You all can try your chance at winning a free monthly shoot, every month, by participating in the "Question of the Month" located in the "RO Corner" section. Simply fill out the answer and submit it and your name will be entered in our next drawing. Doesn't hurt to try. Who knows, you might win a free match.
I'd also like to announce that real soon the Oregon Old West Shooting Society will be offering FREE email addresses. If you'd like one please check back soon on the website for more details. You can have your own email address which would look like this: firstname.lastname@example.org
Thanks to those who help set up and tear down stages. Also, those who help RO and those that contribute stages and of course Will Shootem for overall stage design.
Once again thanks to all for coming out and playing.
Please Note: Our next Saturday match on Nov. 26th is cancelled.
