SASS Oregon State Championship 2008 Vendor Agreement & Application
The Oregon Old West Shooting Society and the Albany Rifle and Pistol Club appreciates the Vendors that participate in our SASS Oregon State Cowboy Action Shooting Championship. The Vendors are an integral part of the success and overall atmosphere for the shooters. We also understand the cost associated with your business. Therefore, we do not charge for vendor spaces. What we do ask for is that you donate an item or items of value to the prize table. ($50 minimum) In turn we will list you as a Door Prize Sponsor. This will get you listed in the Shooters Handbook and your website link or contact info listed on our Website. For details on Sponsorship levels click here for a Sponsor Agreement Form.
Vendor spaces will be assigned upon receipt of application. We reserve the right to refuse any application. Our match dates are August 15, 16 & 17, 2008.
Vendor applications must be received before July 15, 2008, to be included in the shooters handbook
Setup will be Thursday August 14th from 8am to 8pm. There will be limited set up on Friday from 8am to noon. We prefer that all set up of tents be done on Thursday but will accommodate if needed.

Special parking in the vendor area will be provided. Donated items can be dropped off at registration on Friday. |
