SASS Oregon State Championship 2008 Sponsor Agreement & Application

 

The Oregon Old West Shooting Society and the Albany Rifle and Pistol Club appreciates the Sponsors that participate in our SASS Oregon State Cowboy Action Shooting Championship.  The Sponsors are an integral part of the success and overall atmosphere for the shooters.  Without Sponsors the State Championship would not exist.  We are greatly appreciative of your support.

 

The Oregon State Championship & Shootout at Saddle Butte has four levels of sponsorship.

 

Level 1: Door Prize Sponsor - (Unlimited) Providing Door Prizes of  $50 minimum will get you listed in    

               the Shooters Handbook and your website link or contact info listed on our Website.

Level 2: Stage Sponsor/Vendor - (Limited to 12) Providing $100 in Cash or Merchandise will get you listed as      

               a Stage Sponsor on a stage, display of your Banner on that stage, listed in the Shooters Handbook, and

               your website link or contact info listed on our Website.

Level 3: Standard Match Sponsor/Vendor - Providing $300 min. in Cash, Merchandise or Gift Certificates

               will get you listed as a Match Sponsor in the Shooters Book, display of your Banner in the main tent

               (where all ceremonies and meals are held), and your website link or contact info listed on our Website.

Level 4: Presenting Match Sponsor/Vendor - (Limited to the first "5") Providing $200 Cash, plus

               $300 in Merchandise or Gift Certificates will get you listed as a Presenting Match Sponsor on the

               Front Cover of the Shooters Book and your website link or contact info listed on our Website.  We will 

               also reserve you a 10x10 spot inside the main tent to vend out of, plus VIP parking (1 vehicle). 

 

At all levels, we can place your companies' catalog or flyer inside the shooter's packet.  Match dates are August 15, 16 & 17, 2008.

 

Sponsorship must be received before July 15, 2008, to be included in the shooters handbook.

 

If you plan on Vending, please fill out that form also.  Both forms are required.

All monies and shooters packet inserts, must be received before July 15, 2008
